As a service to our clients we also provide Nationwide Skip Tracing, Asset Searches, Background and Criminal History Searches, Postal Verification Requests, Affidavit of Attempts and script services for Motion and Order for Alternate Services.

Service fees and mileage on a “per person” and “entity” served basis. Mileage fee rates are set by the State of Michigan.

Successful service depends upon the accuracy of information we receive from the plaintiff or attorney and the willingness of the individual to accept service. Any additional information – including place of employment and phone numbers – will help to both expedite and accomplish service. All reasonable efforts will be exhausted before papers are returned unsuccessful.

The plaintiff (or plaintiff’s attorney) will be invoiced upon completion of service however, pre-pay is often required. In the event final service costs exceed the obtained pre pay amount. Attorney/Plaintiff will be invoiced for the balance owed. Proof of Service/Affidavit will not be submitted to the Court until balance owed has been paid.

Service fees are based on the type of document to be served (see below) and mileage will be invoiced based on required trips to obtain personal service or diligent effort and inquiry at the intended place of service which may or may not be taxable to the Defendant. (Invoice may include mileage fees not indicated on Proof of Service)

Final service fees may also include any or all of the following:
• Postal Verifications
• Incorrect Address
• Required Mailings
• Affidavits
• Requested or required GPS Verification Reports w/ Photo Documentation
• Other fees as agreed upon (Rush, Expedited, Stake-out, etc.)
